Ember was the Orange baby of the Fire litter, and was a pistol from the very beginning. A very active baby, she was hard to keep up with as a toddler. She has a penchant for carrying fabric items around (never chewing them) and is the most crazed about having fuzzy toys tossed around in the house after supper each night. She LOVES water and has even been swimming in a lake. Her tug and ball drive is quite amazing as well. |

Ember began her tracking training at 9 weeks, and on 11/15/09 earned her TD, running a 485 yard, 5-turn track in 5 minutes! She also did a wonderful job in the herding arena in late May '10 and earned her PT. Rally and obedience training is coming along nicely. She is the first of our dogs to be trained for running contacts in agility so it will be interesting to see how that works out - she'll make her agility debut sometime in fall of '10.

| At the 2010 ABTC National, Ember showed herself off like a seasoned special and earned a 4th place in a big sweepstakes class! She'll show in the breed ring a bit if she can fit it into her busy schedule. With missing teeth it won't be easy, but her structure and personality will be the winners of any class she's in. |  |
